Length of Training: Six weeks.

Instructor: Sherrie Start - I've been training dogs since 1991 and have been teaching at the kennel club most of those years. Bernese Mtn Dogs are my main breed, and I have trained Bichons giving me experience in large and small dogs. The CGC is almost a passion for me. It is, I feel, a good thing for all dogs to show they are well socialized and have some basic training.
Class Description: This class is for those wishing to give their dogs extra training on good behavior at home or when away from home should sign up for this class. Also, training for the CGC is the first step toward earning a therapy certification if that is something you desire. Your dog must be under control and demonstrate that she/he walks well on a leash in order to qualify for this class. You may contact the Instructor Sherrie Start at winterfest47@gmail.com if you question whether you qualify or not. A flat collar or harness on dogs please; no training collars of any type.
