We are a diverse group of dog lovers who share the common interest of raising, training, breeding and competing with purebred dogs.

We strive to promote and protect dogs in our community, share in educational programs, sponsor training classes and health clinics and share our interest in breed activities.

We sponsor annual AKC AB/O/JSHW shows, provide training opportunities and also participate in therapy and reading activities. Our building, located at 7540 S. Mission Road, has central heat and air conditioning and allows us to provide classes year round. Our AKC shows in June are held at the Isabella County Fairgrounds north of Mount Pleasant, Michigan.

Mt. Pleasant MI Kennel Club meetings are on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.

No meetings in July, August or December.
